System 6 - Individualised Key Match Sequences

At Launch Academy, we focus on developing each player's unique strengths through an individualised system that targets key match sequences. Our tailored approach ensures that every player hones their skills in these 6 critical areas of the game:

1. Serve on Deuce Side

   • Perfect your serve to gain an advantage on the deuce side - this is what we call the "the setup" side on the court. 30-30 and Deuce are played on this side, there are the big points you want to master.

2. Serve on Deuce Side

   • Master a one-two punch pattern on this side to control baseline rallies.

3. Second Serve Return

   • Develop pre-planned aggressive returns for second serves, turning defensive situations into offensive opportunities.

4. Core Rally Patterns

   • Learn and execute essential rally patterns to control baseline exchanges and dictate the pace of the game.

5. Short Ball Winners

   • Enhance your ability to capitalize on short balls, executing winners with precision and confidence.

6. Approach Shots

   • Improve your approach shots to transition seamlessly to the net and finish points decisively.
